Below is our interactive data explorer for all gene expression data from familial AD mouse models (Cortex, Hippocampus, 4, 8, 12, and 18 months of age data). Please type in your gene of interest into the search box below. The tabs on the left provide options for how the data is visualised: the first tab (Data Order) allows you to select how the data is displayed, such as showing sex independently or together, likewise for brain region etc. The options here also allow for reordering of data (by age, sex, brain region, etc.). The second tab (Experimental Selection) allows you to select which data are shown; which ages, lines (i.e. 5xFAD, 3xTG-AD, Wild-type), sex, and brain regions. The 3rd tab (Options) allow you to select how the data is shown – line graphs, violin plots, or bar charts, and whether to show individual data points, error bars, and sample names. The bottom plot allows for visualisation of pathology in the phenotyped mouse models. Options include number and size of Thio-S+ plaques, number of microglia, astrocytes, and neurons, and levels of Abeta etc.
